PediFix^® Arch Cradles^® Orthotic Insoles

DIRECTIONS
For best fit, remove existing insole from shoe, insert Arch Cradles®. Test for fit and comfort. If needed, trim front of insole. Since these orthotics will alter the way your foot functions, first-time users may need to wear them for short periods of time to get accustomed to their effect.

CARE
Spot clean with mild detergent. Do not immerse in water. Air dry completely before reuse.

WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before use. If numbness, discoloration, irritation occurs or discomfort develops or increases, discontinue use immediately. Not intended for severe conditions or deformities. If your symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
