DIRECTIONS
Be sure to choose an insole size that is smaller than your shoe size, as these cannot be trimmed shorter or narrower. Place in shoe, toe first, ideally under the shoe liner or a soft insole. It is important to wear this in shoes that do not have a very flexible sole, as the lack of rigidity will put undo stress on the insole, and it could crack. By changing your biomechanics, these will feel awkward at first. Wear for short periods of time until all day use is comfortable.

CARE
Handwash with soapy water. Dry completely before reuse.

WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before use. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
