DIRECTIONS Find comfortable position in shoe or on foot. Most often placed just behind the metatarsal heads, but some ball-of-foot pain benefits from them directly under metatarsal heads.
CARE When adhesive wears down, hand wash in warm soapy water to reactivate stickiness. Air dry completely before reusing.
WARNINGS If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before using. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. Non-sterile. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
