DIRECTIONS Before removing the protective cover from the adhesive, position the Metatarsal Bar in the shoe with the broad portion of the pad facing distally (the toes) and the narrow portion facing proximally (the heel). Use a pen to mark the edge of the proximal aspect of the pad. Remove the protective cover from the adhesive. Place the pad directly in the shoe using your pen mark for proper positioning.
CARE Gently hand wash with warm soapy water. Dry completly before re-use.
WARNINGS If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before using. Do not place product on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occur, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
