DIRECTIONS To ensure proper placement, before removing self-adhesive backing, position the Metatarsal Pad in the shoe with the broad portion of the pad facing the toes and the narrow portion facing the heel, under the ball-of-foot, and test for comfort. Use a pen to mark the edge of the pad. Remove the backing from the adhesive. Place the pad directly in the shoe using mark for proper positioning.
WARNINGS If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
