DIRECTIONS Loosen straps and slip over big toe joint. Press the splint to the side of your foot, aligning the hinge with your bunion. Hold both ends of straps with your other hand and tighten. Adjust straps with equal tension around your big toe and test for comfort. Start off by using for 20 minutes per day and increasing gradually until you can wear the splint for 2-3 hours daily. Can be worn while sleeping or walking and in spacious shoes.
CARE Hand wash, rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.
WARNINGS Do not over-correct toe alignment. Do not use over inflamed or broken skin. Adjust positioning or discontinue use if uncomfortable. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your doctor before use. If worn as a post-operative splint after bunion surgery, follow your doctor’s instructions for use.
