DIRECTIONS
Place the GXT Fiberglass Full Foot Insoles - Flat beneath the shoes’ existing insoles, or wear them with an over-the-counter insert or prescription orthotic. It is important to wear your plates in shoes that do not have a very flexible sole, as the lack of rigidity will put stress on your plate when you flex your foot, which could cause the plate to crack.

CARE
Wipe with damp cloth. Air dry completely before reuse.

WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
