DIRECTIONS
Directions: Make sure foot is clean and dry. Before removing backing, check for fit. Strips should reach from ball-of-foot to behind the heel (A). If too long or wide, scissor-trim, rounding the corners. This product is only effective if applied to the foot in the proper manner. Start in a seated position, with foot perpendicular to lower leg (B). Start to peel away a few inches of the backing (C). Apply and press Ball-of-Foot end to bottom of forefoot, a few inches behind toes (B). Gently pull tape taut. Adhere ‘T’ end to back of heel as shown (D). Then, press and smooth tape along full length of bottom of foot (E). If tape does not adhere fully, or to provide extra support, use one strip around the arch of the foot (F). Note: If pain reduction is not sufficient after a few days of use, point toes downward slightly before applying a new strip (G). This further reduces stress on the fascia ligament and should provide additional relief. To remove, lift one edge and peel strip off. Use regularly for greatest benefit. Continue use even after initial pain subsides in a few days. Wear shoes with good arch support.
