Sesamoids' are two tiny bones on the bottom of each foot at the base of the big toe. When irritated, these can become sensitive and painful. PediFix Pedi-GEL Dancer's Pads are specially shaped to cushion and protect this area. Self-sticking pads adhere directly to foot or the insides of shoes.
